My Parallella (Zynq-7020 with GPIO) arrived today, and I did NOT receive a shipping notice.

Still, happy all the same.

I wasn't a Kickstarter order, I was a pre-order, and my order number was 2416.

I don't think you should apologise for complaining/pointing out that you didn't receive a shipping notification. It is important that Adapteva find out about this stuff so they can address the issue, without being told they might never realise something is wrong.


I got a GIANT box with a few samtec connectors in it this week - looked utterly ridiculous actually, double boxed and then in the tray and only a handful of connectors actually in there.

My order number is 1502 (Zynq 7020) and the board is still not here Well, i know that out delivery service here in russia is quite slow, but plz if my board's already shipped - send me some kind of conformation/tracking because the shipping address is a huge office building where i work, and without calling me out the delivery service will be stopped by the security and become just like "well, we were unable to find him here, ok, let's head back to the station".

I'm happy to say that i have just received my board in Italy with no tax fee (preorder #2149)
I'm sad to tell that i get an us power supply differently from what i had ordered (eu) but this is a side problem , i'll find out some old modem power supply with the right power requirement.

After waiting forever for what was supposed to be "October delivery" (Pre-order #1815), finally got my board and case yesterday . The shipping gave me last minute heartache which seemed to be routing everywhere but towards my address , which in hindsight was so appropriate given it was coming from Adapteva . Anyways, thank you Adapteva.

My order is 1x Parallella-16 Pre-Order (October Delivery) - With GPIO / Zynq7010 with order number #2113. I want to know is my board shipped? If yes, I really need the tracking number because I live in China and the address I leave is a transfer company's address, when the board arrived they will ship the board to me.If I don't give them the tracking number, they will not know this is my package even they have receive the package from Adapteva.

So, please, if my board is shipped, give me the tracking number.I had send two email to support@adapteva.com with no response.
